Purchased products cannot be returned, unless there is an error on the part of Our Fav Snack.
The payment system requires a minimum down payment of 50% of the total order amount, with the balance due upon receipt of the order.
Orders will be processed once the down payment is received.
Custom orders cannot be canceled once the production process has begun.
Customers must include an uninterrupted unboxing video when reporting product issues or damage.
The color, decoration, and contents of hampers may vary slightly from the product photos depending on stock availability, but we will always prioritize matching the order.
Custom orders have varying production times depending on the level of difficulty and order details.
For instant or same-day delivery, customers are advised to place orders at least one day (H-1) before the event to avoid delivery issues.
Delays caused by the courier are beyond the full responsibility of Our Fav Snack, especially for orders placed on the day of the event (H).
Refunds can only be issued under certain conditions, such as:
lost items during shipping,
errors on the seller’s part,
or force majeure events such as natural disasters.
We recommend using shipping insurance when requesting a full refund for a shipment.
The refund process takes approximately 3–7 business days after the request is approved.
Orders placed before 12:00 PM WIB on business days will be processed on the same day.
The buyer must ensure the recipient’s address and phone number are correct. Our Fav Snack is not responsible for any errors in shipping information provided by the buyer.
Re-shipments due to incorrect addresses or phone numbers will incur additional fees.
If a product is out of stock, we will contact the buyer first. If there is no confirmation at least 1 day before shipment, the product will be replaced with
another item of equal value.
By making a payment, the buyer is deemed to have read and agreed to all applicable terms and conditions.
